Jesus for Africa Evangelistic Ministry is an interdenominational ministry, which was established in the year 2003 by Evangelist Paul and Winnie Saungweme. The mandate of the Ministry is to win souls to Jesus Christ based on Matthew 28 vs. 19 "Go ye therefore and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the son and of the Holy Ghost".
The Ministry's main activity is holding mass crusades in public arenas, open grounds, stadiums etc. The Ministry's formation was a result of recurrence of a particular vision that would come to Evangelist Paul Saungweme while praying urging him to go out and preach the word of God to bring healing to people of many nations. However it was in July 2002 while studying in the USA. that his spiritual father, Professor Ezekiel Guti gave him a blessing to start the Ministry. It was at this time that he fully understood the meaning of what God had been saying to him through the Vision. A prophetic word from Bishop Tudor Bismark spoke into Paul's life calling him Zimbabwe's own "Reinhard Bonnke".
Since its formation the Ministry has held open air crusades in almost every province of Zimbabwe. Diverse kinds of Miracles have been recorded, many people have testified of healing and deliverance through God's Grace. Thousands of souls have come to the Lord during such crusades. It is by the Grace of God that JFAEM has managed to fulfill the calendar of activities year in year out in spite of economic and political challenges.

The secretariat
The secretariat is comprised of four staff members, namely the Ministry Co-ordinator, Crusades Co-ordinator, Sound Engineer and Admin Officer/PA
Crusade Team
The team is comprised of twelve committed members. These are responsible for the sound system, praise and worship, media and publicity.
Taking the gospel to the people
The passion of the Ministry is to take the gospel to the people in line with the great commission by our Lord Jesus Christ as in Matthew 28 vs. 19. This is achieved by holding open air crusades and then sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. God has confirmed His gospel as many have given their lives to Christ, while others have experienced transformation and revival because of the word.
